International Civil Company (ICC) is a French investment company with Kuwaiti public funds.
It is the financial arm of KIA (Kuwait Investment Authority) in France.
France and Kuwait aim to bond their relationship by investing jointly. They are looking for great opportunities of investment in French market, working with the biggest financial and consultant institutions in France.
BPI (Banque Publique d’Investissement) for exemple, is a long time partner of ICC.
Investment sectors
Investments have been made in different areas such as bio technology, health, energies, education, environment and any other asset class.
Many successful investment projects have been realized through time and well represent ICC: College de Paris, Actelion, Telemarket, Previa for example, but also many stock market transactions.
ICC was created by KIA to reinforce this cooperation and seeks new investment opportunities in France and Europe in promising projects such as renewable energies, pollution treatment, innovation, computing and others.

The meeting of a Kuwaiti delegation invited by the French government for the “One planet SWF working group and CEO meeting” brought the two governments seeking to stimulate the investment activity in the future, according to the new challenges of climate.
Indeed, KIA is one of the six founders member of One Planet summit.
